Solarvest Inks Deal To Supply Energy For Corporate Giants Via TNB

Solarvest announces that its 70% owned subsidiary SKESB had received the signed New Enhanced Dispatch Agreement Connection Agreement entered into with Tenaga Nasional Berhad for the purpose of operating as Merchant Generator to sell energy to the Single Buyer for a capacity of 29.99 Megawatt to be located at Manjung, Perak.

SKESB set up by Atlantic Blue Sdn. Bhd. the wholly subsidiary of Solarvest and TNB Renewables Sdn. Bhd.to undertake the Project.

Under the agreement, the unit will construct, own, operate and maintain a solar photovoltaic energy generating facility with its approved export capacity of 29.99 MWac in which the renewable energy produced will be sold virtually via four separate
Corporate Green Power Agreements to Texas Instruments Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., Micron Semiconductor Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., Bursa Malaysia Berhad and NTT Global Data Centers CBJ1 Sdn. Bhd..

Tenaga Nasional Berhad has agreed to give SKESB the access to TNB's bulk power network for the supply of the energy generated by the Facility. Throughout the term of the CGPAs, the Corporate Consumers will offtake the renewable energy
produced by the Facility, along with bundled Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), for 21 years from the commercial operation date, with a contract for difference mechanisms at an agreed pricing.
