DJ Ericsson CEO: Downplays Rumors Of Juniper Networks Acquisition -- Market Talk

12:35 ET - Ericsson AB's chief executive Borje Ekholm plays down reports that his company was looking to acquire Juniper Networks, and says Ericsson would remain focused on providing radio access network technology. Juniper is based in Sunnyvale, Calif. and makes a broad range of networking equipment. "We need to be good at the parts we provide, which is the radio connectivity," Ekholm says in an interview at the World Economic Forum in Davos. "We partner with Juniper and we partner with Cisco.
