Glory 30th October Monalisa Group (002918.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Monalisa Investment Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Monalisa Investment"), signed a partnership agreement on 29th October 2024 with professional investment institutions YueCai Asset Management (Guangzhou) Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. (referred to as "YueCai Asset Management" or "Executive Transaction Partner"), Guangzhou MuLin Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "MuLin Investment", together with YueCai Asset Management referred to as the "General Partners"), and other limited partners to collectively establish the Guangdong Qian Yue MuLin Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as the "Partnership Enterprise"). The total amount of capital contributions subscribed by all partners to the Partnership Enterprise is 150.02 million yuan. Monalisa Investment, as a limited partner, plans to subscribe with its own funds an amount of 10 million yuan, representing 6.67% of the capital contribution. On the same day, Monalisa Investment and MuLin Investment signed an "Industrial Project Consulting Services Agreement", hiring MuLin Investment to provide consulting services on the investment target situation and the industry to which the target belongs.
