jd.com announced the opening of Alipay payment function, alongside jd.com pay, WeChat pay, and UnionPay. This is the first cooperation between Alipay and jd.com-SW(09618.HK) after thirteen years.

Alipay stated that it will continue to increase openness, explore interconnection with different platforms, deepen cooperation, and create greater value for merchants and consumers.

jd.com stated that accessing Alipay payment will provide consumers with more payment options, help merchants reduce costs and improve efficiency, and create a shopping experience that is both affordable and good.
