U-space Tech (01725.HK) announced that all the prerequisites under the agreement for the sale of all issued shares of Productive Glory Limited have been met, and the completion has been implemented yesterday (29th) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.

After completion, U-space Tech will no longer hold any equity in Productive Glory Limited, while Productive Glory Limited will no longer be a subsidiary of it. (js/w)
