Cypark Resources Berhad appoints of Maybank Investment Bank as the Principal Adviser, Lead Arranger, and Lead Manager for its Unrated Sukuk Programme.

The group said the Sukuk programme is designed to align its financing obligations with long-term concession cashflows, aimed at improving asset yield and generating stable long term cash flow surplus from the Company's solar and waste-to-energy assets.
