Shutterstock's top finance executive, Jarrod Yahes, is leaving the licensed-content provider to pursue another opportunity.
Shutterstock on Tuesday said Yahes, who joined the New York company as chief financial officer in December 2019, has resigned his post effective Nov. 1 but will stay on until the end of the year in an advisory role.
Shutterstock said Rik Powell, currently senior vice president of finance and investor relations, will succeed Yahes as finance chief on Nov. 1.
Powell, 52 years old, was senior vice president of finance and investor relations at Shake Shack for two years before joining Shutterstock in June.
Shutterstock said Powell will receive a base salary of $450,000 and an annual cash bonus with a target of 80% of his base pay as finance chief.
