Rept Battero (00666.HK) announced that, in order to further improve corporate governance, the board of directors has approved the differentiation of the roles of chairman and chief executive officer. From today (29th), Chao Hui will no longer serve as the CEO. Following this change, Chao Hui will continue to serve as chairman, executive director, chairman of the nomination committee and the environment, social and governance committee, as well as member of the remuneration and evaluation committee.

The board of directors further announced that FENG, TING has been appointed as the CEO, effective immediately.
