Stifel believes that Agentforce platform launched by Salesforce may bring billions of dollars in business opportunities.
Zhixun Finance APP learned that Stifel believes that Salesforce (CRM.US) launched Agentforce platform may bring billions of dollars in business opportunities. Despite Stifel analyst Parker Lane's statement that due to unknown factors such as changes in staffing intentions, schedules adopted by agents, and potential competitors, Stifel will not update its model for now, but preliminary calculations show that Agentforce Service Agent may bring Salesforce billions of dollars in business opportunities. Therefore, Stifel reiterated its buy rating on Salesforce and raised its target price from $320 to $350.
It is understood that the Agentforce platform is a tool that allows companies to build autonomous AI agents, which can be used in various fields such as customer service, sales, marketing, business, and medical care, capable of handling complex tasks and providing actionable outputs.
Lane pointed out that Salesforce's current stock price is 18.4 times Stifel's estimated free cash flow for its fiscal year 26, lower than the large peers' 25 fiscal year free cash flow forecast of 20 to 40 times, indicating that the market undervalues Salesforce's ability to achieve revenue growth through the new agency model.
It is worth mentioning that Salesforce CEO Mark Benioff mentioned last month that some key customers, including Wiley, Kaiser Permanente, and Walt Disney Company, have already deployed Agentforce.
Seeking Alpha analyst Oakoff Investments of Beyond the Wall Investing believes that Salesforce's AI plans, including Agentforce and Einstein Copilot, make it a leader in the field of AI-driven enterprise solutions, and are expected to achieve significant growth in the future, despite some analysts lowering their ratings, Salesforce's strategic focus on AI and strong financial condition make a mid-term target price of $311 per share reasonable.
Meanwhile, Microsoft plans to release a similar product in Copilot Studio next month, allowing customers to build and deploy autonomous AI service agents, which may pose competition to Salesforce.
