On October 28, Gelonhui announced that Gome Retail (00493.HK) has resigned as the company's auditor considering factors such as available internal resources, effective from October 28, 2024.

The board of directors further announced that Zhongrui and Shinhon Certified Public Accountants have been appointed as the company's new auditors effective from October 28, 2024, to fill the interim vacancy left by the resignation of KPMG, until the end of the company's next shareholders' annual meeting.
