On October 28, Gronghui announced that Mo Minghui has resigned as the company's company secretary and no longer serves as the authorized representative in Hong Kong to accept legal documents and notices under Rule 3.05 of the Stock Exchange Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, effective from October 28, 2024.

On the same day, it was announced that Guo Yanting has been appointed to replace Mo Minghui as the company's company secretary and the authorized representative as stipulated by the listing rules, effective from October 28, 2024.
