Zhixun Finance APP, Meilan Airport (00357) announced that, hereby describes the company's insider information on arbitration dated January 5, 2021, progress announcement on arbitration dated June 15, 2023 and progress announcement on arbitration dated July 5, 2024, as mentioned in the 2024 announcement, according to the second phase arbitration award of the arbitration (also the final award of the case), the company is ordered to pay compensation and related arbitration costs to the arbitration applicant totaling approximately 0.2988 billion Hong Kong dollars, as well as interest from the date of the second-phase arbitration award to the date of full payment of the award amount (calculated at a simple interest rate of 8.875% per annum).

Following amicable negotiations between the company and the arbitration applicant, the two parties have ultimately reached a settlement amount of pre-tax 0.225 billion Hong Kong dollars, and waived the payable interest.
