Glory Harvest on October 25th announced that wanka online (01762.HK) has resigned as the company's auditor after considering multiple factors (including its available internal resources), effective from October 24, 2024.

The board of directors further announced that, based on the recommendation of the audit committee, it has resolved to appoint Zhonghui Anda Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. as the company's new auditor, effective from October 25, 2024, to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Kingdee & De, and to remain in office until the end of the next shareholder annual meeting.
