On October 25, Grown Up Group (01842.HK) announced that due to the company's inability to reach a consensus on audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024 with PricewaterhouseCoopers (Hong Kong) Limited, PwC has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from October 25, 2024.

The board of directors further announced that, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the board has resolved to appoint Baochun Certified Public Accountants as the company's new auditor, effective from October 25, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by PwC's resignation, with a term until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
