BlackRock announced on Thursday that it has launched three new ETFs aiming to help investors diversify the risks of large cap stocks in the USA.

According to the Financial and Economic App, BlackRock (BLK.US) announced on Thursday that it has launched three new ETFs aiming to help investors diversify the risks of large cap stocks in the USA.

The world's largest asset management company stated that two of these ETFs aim to provide exposure to large companies, while the other ETF is custom-made to hedge against exposure to these companies.

As the new ETFs are launched, investors are concerned about the overweighting of large tech stocks and their significant role in driving the current two-year bull market in US stocks.

According to BlackRock's data, in the past three years, the top 20 large companies in the benchmark S&P 500 index contributed 68% to the total return of the index.

In recent months, with inflation moving in the right direction and the long-awaited rate cut announced by the Federal Reserve, market breadth has improved as investors gain confidence to withdraw from large cap stocks and enter other areas of the market.

Rachel Aguirre, Managing Director of BlackRock's iShares products in the US, stated in a press release, "The benefit of these ETFs is that investors can use them for more targeted investment in mega-cap stocks, as well as to diversify their investments in large companies."

These three ETFs are: iShares Top 20 U.S. Stocks ETF (TOPT.US), iShares Nasdaq Top 30 Stocks ETF (QTOP.US), and iShares Nasdaq-100 ex-Top 30 ETF (QNXT.US).
