According to the announcement by Futu Securities' APP, bj digital (06188) announced that after the trading session on October 24, 2024, the company entered into a joint venture agreement with Huashi Zhiyuan to establish a joint venture company in China to engage in new energy, information technology, and modern agriculture businesses.
According to the terms of the joint venture agreement, the registered capital of the joint venture company will be RMB 3 billion. The company will contribute RMB 1.53 billion, while Huashi Zhiyuan will contribute RMB 1.47 billion as the registered capital of the joint venture company. After the establishment of the joint venture company, the company and Huashi Zhiyuan will hold 51% and 49% of the equity respectively. The joint venture company will be treated as a subsidiary of the company, and its financial performance will be consolidated into the group's comprehensive financial statements.
