Oct 24th, D&T Hotels (00045.HK) announced that the company's non-executive vice chairman, Pao Li-xian, will resign as a director and vice chairman of the board, effective from December 31, 2024. Pao Li-xian will continue to serve as a non-executive director, chairman of the Finance Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Executive Committee.

The company's non-executive director, Phil Fitzgerald, will be appointed as the vice chairman of the board, replacing Pao Li-xian, effective from January 1, 2025. Phil Fitzgerald will also be appointed as a member of the Executive Committee starting January 1, 2025.
