According to the Zhitong financial news app, AL Group Hong Kong (08360) announced that the group has recently been awarded two large and medium-sized residence renovation and decoration projects, with a total contract amount exceeding 4 million Hong Kong dollars.

The projects awarded include the group providing renovation and decoration solution services for (i) the entire building located at 114 Siu Sai Wan Road, Hong Kong Island; and (ii) the two levels of renovations and decoration at Yiu Chee Mansion, 108 Austin Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.

As of the date of this announcement, the awarded projects have commenced, and the group has received respective deposits totaling approximately 1.4 million Hong Kong dollars.

To enhance the group's profitability and business performance, and maximize returns for the company and its shareholders, the company will (i) continue to invest more resources in developing its interior design and decoration business; (ii) undertake more simple house construction and design planning projects; and (iii) explore the possibility of entering the real estate market in the future, as well as the possibility of simple house rental and related management services market.
