ComfortDelGro Unit Acquires London's Addison Lee for $461.2m

The acquisition will increase the group's fleet to over 34,000.

ComfortDelGro's wholly-owned CityFleet Networks will acquire London-based premium point-to-point operator Addison Lee for $461.2m (£269.1m).

CityFleet Networks will have an additional 7,500 drivers and 5,000 vehicles post-acquisition.

Additionally, the acquisition will increase ComfortDelGro's global vehicle network to over 34,000 taxis and private hires.

Jefferies acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Addison Lee in its sale to ComfortDelGro.
