Wisdom Financial APP news, Lion Rock Group (01127) announced that Alison Goff, the CEO of its indirect subsidiary The Quarto Group, Inc., has submitted her resignation, effective from January 1, 2025. Ms. Goff will remain as an advisor to the Quarto board of directors.

The company's executive director and chairman, Liu Zhujian, will take over as interim CEO of Quarto starting from November 1, 2024, until Quarto finds a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy.
