Loeb & Loeb has submitted its resignation as auditor based on the consensus between the company and Loeb & Loeb, effective from October 21, 2024.

Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has approved the appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants (Deloitte) as the company's new auditor, effective from October 22, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Loeb & Loeb's resignation.
