Kangda Env (06136.HK) issued an announcement on October 22, 2024. On October 22, 2024, the lessee (Meiling Environmental Technology (Zibo) Co., Ltd., an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and the lessor (Guangdong Green Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hing Yip Hldgs) entered into a financing lease agreement. Accordingly, the lessor agreed (including) to purchase the ownership of assets from the lessee for 50 million yuan in Renminbi, and lease back the assets to the lessee for their use and possession for a period of 72 months (from the date of payment of the above price). The assets include sewage treatment facilities located in Zibo City, Shandong Province.
