Gelonghui, October 21丨China Overseas Hongyang Group (00081.HK) announced that for the nine months ended September 30, 2024, the group's revenue was approximately RMB 26.955 billion, down 31.0% from the same period last year, while operating profit was approximately RMB 1.45 billion, down 66.2% from the same period last year. The Group's revenue and operating profit for the third quarter of 2024 were approximately RMB 5.103 billion and RMB 0.131 billion respectively.

In the third quarter of 2024, the total contract sales of the Group and its associated companies and joint ventures (collectively referred to as “CNOOC Hongyang Group Companies”) reached a total of approximately RMB 7.389 billion, involving a sales area of approximately 671,500 square meters. For the nine months ended September 30, 2024, the total cumulative contract sales were approximately RMB 26.406 billion, involving an area of approximately 2,327,700 square meters, down 23.3% and 18.7% respectively from the same period last year. Furthermore, as of September 30, 2024, the total amount of sales contracts to be signed was approximately RMB 0.936 billion, involving an area of approximately 67,500 square meters.

During this season, the Group purchased a total of two new plots of land in Yinchuan and Ganzhou respectively. The equity floor area should be approximately 360,200 square meters, and the equity land price was approximately RMB 1.448 billion. As of September 30, 2024, CNOOC Hongyang Group held land reserves with a total floor area of about 15,653,600 square meters (including a floor area of about 13,045,100 square meters, which are owned by joint ventures and joint ventures).
