Asia Standard Hotel (00292.HK), Asia Standard (00129.HK), and The Sai Group Limited jointly announced that the privatization plan has been approved by the court last Friday (18th). The share swap offer has become unconditional, and will still be open for acceptance until 4:00 pm on November 1st this year.

Asia Standard Hotel also expects that its shares will be delisted from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, with effect from 4:00 pm tomorrow (22nd). (js/w)
