This stock code change is to align with the upcoming change in the company's name. The company will hold a special shareholder meeting on October 31, 2024 to vote on the proposal to change the company's name. If approved, the company's English name will be changed from "Fanhua Inc." to "AIX Inc." on November 1, 2024, while the Chinese name will accordingly be changed from "泛华控股集团" to "asia vets Future Limited Company".
