On October 18th, GeLongHui announced that Guangdong BrandMax Marketing (300805.SZ) received a notification from the actual controlling shareholders Liang Dingjiao, Huang Yong, Zhang Li, Zeng Jun, Wu Fang, and Yuan Jintao. All parties signed a "Supplementary Agreement to the Joint Action Agreement," agreeing to lift the joint action relation between Mr. Zhang Li and Mr. Zeng Jun. After lifting the joint action relation among the aforementioned individuals, the actual controlling shareholders of the company changed from six individuals, including Liang Dingjiao, Huang Yong, Zhang Li, Zeng Jun, Wu Fang, and Yuan Jintao, to four individuals, Liang Dingjiao, Huang Yong, Wu Fang, and Yuan Jintao.

Mr. Zhang Li and Mr. Zeng Jun's lifting of the joint action relation also involved commitments such as waiving voting rights and other shareholder rights. This change in the controlling shareholder and actual controller will not have a significant or adverse impact on the company's main business and financial condition, nor will it affect the independence, financials, and assets integrity of the company. The company still maintains a standardized corporate governance structure, with no circumstances that harm the interests of the company or minority shareholders. Additionally, the company received an "Agreement" signed by Liang Dingjiao, Huang Yong, Wu Fang, and Yuan Jintao, outlining the scenario where any of the four individuals exit the joint action and the obligations to be fulfilled upon exit.
