Exsim Secures RM60 Million Fit-Out Job For Empire City

Exsim Hospitality Berhad has announced that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary has been successfully awarded a contract amounting to RM60.0 million by Totalbuildz Sdn. Bhd. which involves designing and building of architecture, interior design and fit-out works for 294 guests rooms in relation to a building located at Empire City, Damansara Perdana, Selangor.

The developer said the aforementioned works are expected to be completed over an eighteen (18) month period and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Company throughout the duration of the contract.

Tan Hai Liang, EHB's Managing Director, said: "With the contract secured today adding to the ones which have been secured thus far, we are confident that we have a sufficient order book that should provide us a steady income stream while we build up and rejuvenate our hospitality business segment. Notwithstanding, we are still on the look out to further boost the contracts on hand for our fit-out business."

The contract win follows on from the Company's recent contract award earlier in the week amounting to RM47.37 million. Accumulatively, the Company has announced a combined contract win value of RM107.37 million over the span of a week.
