October 16th, Google Cloud stated on Tuesday that they have deployed servers running on nvidia Blackwell series chips. The company expressed on social media X: "We have been closely collaborating with nvidia to sustainably build the future compute infrastructure." Google has become the latest company to publicly disclose the use of nvidia Blackwell series products, following announcements of collaboration earlier this month by OpenAI and microsoft.
