October 16th, Geelonghui announced that it has received a letter from the Euronext dated October 10, 2024, regarding (including) the company has not yet separately published the annual performance as at December 31, 2023, and the interim performance as at June 30, 2024, in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rules 13.49(1) and 13.49(6); and the resignation of the company secretary and authorized representative, the Euronext has issued the following resumption guidance: (e) Publish all outstanding financial performance in accordance with the Listing Rules and handle any audit revisions; and (f) comply with Listing Rules 3.05 and 3.28.
