After entering the trial production stage, following the installation and debugging of the equipment related to the device, the optimization and adjustment of technical process parameters, qualified products have now been produced.

The project utilizes an annual production of 0.1 million tons of isatin co-production of 0.13 million tons of ethyl acetate unit and an annual production of 0.12 million tons of 1,4-butanediol unit jointly transformed into an annual production of 0.1 million tons of isatin co-production of 0.065 million tons of ethanol unit. The project uses butyl ester hydrogenation process to produce isatin. The company's self-produced catalyst is used for the first time, the current catalyst performance is good, and the unit operation is stable.
