PACIFICLIFE MEDICAL (02393.HK) announced that Wang Hong has submitted his resignation as an executive director, chief financial officer, authorized representative specified under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange and a member of the Investment Committee under the board of directors, in order to devote more time to family care, effective from today (15th). Wang Hong will continue to serve the group in the new role of senior advisor.

The board of directors further announced that Qiao Jinrong has been appointed as an executive director, chief financial officer, member of the Investment Committee, and authorized representative, effective from the same day.
