On the 11th, Samty Holdings <187A> announced that it will revise its forecast for the year-end dividends in December 2024, subject to the successful completion of the tender offer by Song Bidco for its common stock, and will not pay year-end dividends as well as abolish the shareholder benefit system from December 2024.
The company assumes that its shares will be delisted due to the tender offer by the tender offeror and subsequent procedures, and recommends shareholders to participate in the tender offer.

The company will abolish the shareholder benefit system from the record date of December 31, 2024. Shareholder benefits vouchers with a maturity date of March 31, 2025 can be used until March 31, 2025.
