In this cooperation, both Party A and Party B will carry out the following: 1. Relying on the Pingshan Research Institute's drug green catalysis technology platform, targeting the top 200 global varieties of active pharmaceutical ingredients, using unique patented technology and pharmaceutical core technology, select products with large market sales volume, significant technical improvement space, and high added value for joint development. 2. Cooperate to build a production base for active pharmaceutical ingredient intermediates in domestic chemical parks with basic conversion conditions. 3. Collaborate with top domestic biomedical engineering design institutions to carry out the design of key chiral intermediate production lines such as Ephe and Tigrelo. 4. Party A and Party B will cooperate on project financing, technology development, etc., with the specific project implementation entity responsible for production line construction. 5. Party B will provide technical support for the agreed projects under this agreement, ensuring that the technical support provided by Party B is free from any intellectual property disputes, assisting the specific project implementation entity in establishing a stable process research and engineering development team, and providing technical support for the smooth progress of the project.
