Sdic power holdings and the company plan to jointly increase the capital of Yalong River hydropower by 15 billion RMB this time, with sdic power holdings and sichuan chuantou energy contributing according to their respective shareholding ratios (52%:48%), that is, sdic power holdings will contribute 7.8 billion RMB, and the company will contribute 7.2 billion RMB, both in cash. The company and sdic power holdings will make phased contributions to Yalong River hydropower based on the progress of the relevant projects. Within the total amount of the aforementioned increase in capital for Yalong River hydropower, the specific amount of the capital increase will be determined by both parties according to the actual funding needs of Yalong River hydropower, and contributions will be made to Yalong River hydropower based on the capital increase amount, timing, and use of funds approved by the Yalong River hydropower shareholders' meeting.
