Zhītōng Finance APP News, MONGOL MINING(00975) announced that as of the quarter ending September 30, 2024, the total extraction volume of raw coal at the UHG and BN mines was 4.2989 million tons, a 23% increase compared to the same period ending September 30, 2023, and a 10% decrease compared to the previous quarter ending June 30, 2024.

The group processed 3.6587 million tons of coking coal raw coal to produce 1.9289 million tons of washed coking coal products, remaining flat compared to the same period in 2023.

In the third quarter of 2024, the group's operating subsidiary companies ER and KEX together sold 2.0314 million tons of washed coking coal products, a 16% increase compared to the same period in 2023, and a 12% decrease compared to the level reported in the previous quarter ending June 30, 2024.

As of the quarter ending September 30, 2024, the group continued its project development to advance the construction project at the BKH mine. According to the latest feasibility study prepared in 2023 in accordance with the National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (NI 43-101), the expected total production at this mine has an annual mine life of 476,000 ounces of extracted gold and 121,000 ounces of extracted silver.

As of September 30, 2024, approximately 55.0% of the construction and installation work at the processing plant has been completed. In addition, the group has started to build non-processing facilities, including dormitories, studios, warehouses, and laboratories.
