Saitama Resona Bank of Resona Group (President Satoshi Fukuoka) has dispatched employees to Minano Town (Mayor Eisoku Kurosawa) today to support DX initiatives, utilizing the local revitalization entrepreneur system promoted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
This initiative was realized in Minano Town last year through proposals and demonstration support from the Saitama Regional Design Lab (President Takafumi Sonoda) and Digilab Holdings, which supports DX of administrative agencies and local private companies (President Takahide Saito).
For the first time, we will dispatch employees utilizing the local revitalization entrepreneur system.
The Local Revitalization Entrepreneur System is an initiative where companies located in the three major metropolitan areas※1 dispatch employees to local governments based on agreements, utilizing the specialized expertise and knowledge of the dispatched employees to promote local revitalization in response to local government challenges. The dispatching companies can expect employee growth through diverse experiences, the return of external insights, and the establishment of external networks.
