Gelonghui October 10th| Renze Harvest (01282.HK) announced that Mr. Huang Wansheng has resigned as executive director and authorized representative for personal reasons. After Mr. Huang resigned as executive director on October 10, 2024, he will no longer serve as chairman of the board of directors, CEO of the company, chairman of the nomination committee, member of the company's remuneration committee, chairman of the company's strategy committee, and chairman of the company's investment committee.

The board of directors further announced that (i) Mr. Zhang Chi has been appointed as acting chairman of the board, acting chairman of the nomination committee, member of the remuneration committee, acting chairman of the strategy committee, and acting chairman of the investment committee; and (ii) Mr. Li Minbin has been appointed as acting CEO of the company and authorized representative for the purposes of Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from October 10, 2024, until the appointment of new chairman of the board and new CEO of the company.
