After more than ten years of deep cultivation and layout, relying on strong research and development, industrialization, system, and customer service capabilities in the materials field, the company has built a rich product matrix in the field of semiconductor innovative materials, realizing the industrialization and scale sales of import-substitute electronic special materials and integrated circuit chips such as CMP polishing pads, CMP polishing slurries, cleaning solutions, new flexible display YPI (yellow polyimide), PSPI (photosensitive polyimide), TFE-INK (thin film packaging materials), and has completed the layout of advanced semiconductor packaging materials (semiconductor packaging PI, temporary bonding adhesive), high-end KrF/ArF photoresists, new semiconductor display materials (PI alignment liquid, PFASFreePSPI, BPDL, LowDkINK) in thin film packaging low dielectric materials.
Currently, semiconductor materials and chip business have become important sources of revenue for the company. In 2023, the company's optoelectronic semiconductor materials and chip business: its revenue accounts for 32.12% of the total revenue, and its gross profit accounts for 53.44% of the total gross profit. At the same time, the above proportions of this business sector have continued to increase year-on-year and quarter-on-quarter in the first three quarters of 2024. In accordance with the relevant regulations of the China Securities Association's Listed Company Industry Classification Guidelines, following the company's application and confirmation by the Listed Company Industry Classification Expert Committee, the company's industry category has been changed from the original industry classification of "C26 Chemical Raw Materials and Chemical Products Manufacturing" to "C39 Computer, Communication and Other Electronic Equipment Manufacturing - C398 Electronic Components and Electronic Special Materials Manufacturing".
