Bridgestone Corporation unsponsored ADR has been selected as the first place in the automobiles, components, and tire division for the third consecutive year in the 2024 "Analysts' Disclosure Excellence Company Selection by Japan Securities Analyst Association."

This selection has been held annually since the 1995 fiscal year with the aim of improving corporate information disclosure, marking the 30th time this recognition system has been held. The Japan Securities Analyst Association's Disclosure Research Committee has established five objective evaluation criteria: 1) management's IR attitude, IR department functions, IR basic stance, 2) disclosures in briefing sessions, interviews, explanatory materials, etc., 3) fair disclosure, 4) disclosure of ESG-related information, and 5) voluntary information disclosure tailored to each industry situation. These criteria are used to evaluate the quality, quantity, and timing of corporate disclosures.
