Noontalk Media Enters $2m Interest-free Loan Deal With CEO Dasmond Koh

The loan shall be repaid in full at any point on or after 1 July 2026.

NoonTalk Media entered into a $2m interest-free loan agreement with company CEO, Dasmond Koh Chin Eng.

As of 9 October, Koh holds a deemed interest of an aggregate of 123,844,288 ordinary shares in Noontalk Media, representing a 62.55% stake in the company.

Noontalk Media shall repay the loan in full at any point on or after 1 July 2026.

The company intends to use the loan for working capital, business expansion, and cash flow purposes.
