Aisle <3854> is a total system solution company that supports the enhancement of medium-sized and small business management capabilities, which are its main customers, through various self-developed systems. Based on the "CROSS-OVER synergy" strategy that integrates real and web, it aims to realize value creation through the "BX" transformation that revolutionizes the increasingly complex backside (back office, backyard) not only through efficiency with DX.
As of the end of July 2024, the head office is located in Kita-ku, Osaka City, with business bases in Osaka, Tokyo (Minato-ku, Tokyo), Nagoya Branch (Naka-ku, Nagoya), and the research and development base Aisle Matsue Lab (Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture). In addition, it operates ICC (Aisle Career College) Osaka School and Tokyo School, providing training services for individuals and companies. The group consists of the Company and two consolidated subsidiaries, Webbase Co., Ltd., and made a capital business alliance by investing in CIVILA Co., Ltd. in June 2017 (additional investment in June 2021). As of the end of July 2024, the total assets are 14,153 million yen, net assets are 9,680 million yen, equity ratio is 68.4%, and the number of issued shares is 25,042,528 shares (including 11,419 treasury shares).
2. History
The company was established in February 1991 as an office computer sales company. Subsequently, it expanded into self-developed and sold software, released its own original sales management software "Aladdin Office" in October 2004, a cloud-type comprehensive management service for multiple EC sites "CROSS MALL" in March 2009, and customer and point unified management software for physical stores and EC "CROSS POINT" in April 2013. It also obtained ISO27001 (ISMS) certification in September 2016 and released the backyard platform "BACKYARDTM" in October 2022.
In terms of stock relations, it was newly listed on the Hercules Market of the Osaka Securities Exchange (hereinafter referred to as OSE) in June 2007, and subsequently listed on the OSE JASDAQ Market in October 2010 following the market integration. Following the market integration of the OSE and the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as TSE) in July 2013, it was listed on the TSE JASDAQ Growth in June 2018, changed to the TSE Second Section Market in July 2019, and was designated for the TSE First Section in July 2019. In April 2022, it transitioned to the TSE Prime Market following the TSE market classification review.
