According to Bloomberg, Tesla will unveil the prototype of its autonomous driving rental car, Robotaxi, during the We, Robot event at 7 p.m. on Thursday evening, USA West Coast Time. The Robotaxi is expected to have two seats and falcon-wing doors. The deployment schedule for this Robotaxi named Cybercab is yet to be determined. Musk is expected to discuss installing fully automatic driving assistance software (FSD) on its electric truck Semi. Industry observers and investors expect Tesla to announce the timetable for launching the vehicle during the event, and to detail how they plan to bring customers into potential ride-hailing applications.
