DCWT (03768.HK) announced that the construction project construction contract dispute with Guizhou Construction, after being concluded by the Kunming Intermediate People's Court, ruled that the company shall pay the construction funds of 10.9 million yuan (RMB) to Guizhou Construction within fifteen days from the effective date of the judgment, along with accrued interest.

The Kunming Intermediate People's Court also rejected other lawsuits filed by Guizhou Construction. In addition, including the total of case acceptance fees amounting to 9.52 million yuan, will be borne by the company.

The company will further seek legal advice on the above judgment and disputes, and according to the relevant laws and regulations, file an appeal, making every effort to safeguard the overall interests of the company and all its shareholders. As of now, the group's daily operations have not been significantly affected.
