The report states that if sold, this would be the highest-priced trade in such assets.

The property has a total land area exceeding 0.058 million square feet and is owned by Cheong Pin Chuan, Co-CEO of Hong Fok Corp. Ltd., and his wife. The luxury residence was previously sold in 2019 for 0.175 billion Singapore dollars.
