Timey ＜215A＞ announced on the 8th that it has concluded a comprehensive partnership agreement with Teshikaga Town.

Teshikaga, located in eastern Hokkaido, is a town where agriculture and tourism are key industries. Within the town, there are various tourist spots such as Lake Mashu, which has the clearest water in Japan, Lake Kussharo, which is the largest caldera lake in Japan, and hot springs. Also, taking advantage of cool weather conditions, large-scale dairy farming and field farming such as potatoes, wheat, sugar beets, and buckwheat are thriving. Labor shortage and aging due to population decline have become major issues in Teshikaga Town.

Under this partnership agreement, various support will be provided to businesses and workers to resolve regional issues faced by Teshikaga Town. For businesses in the town, we will propose and support how to cut out operations in various industries through briefings, etc., and establish a system that makes it easy to use “timey.” Various people, such as seniors and the child-rearing generation, use their spare time to work to stimulate the potential labor force and resolve labor shortages. It also leads to long-term employment promotion in the future, triggered by working in spare time. Furthermore, in addition to using “Timey” to search for jobs for those who wish to emigrate, we aim to migrate and settle in Teshikaga Town by providing employment opportunities for people outside the town through the service “Thai Meat Travel” where they can find a second hometown through a “work” experience in rural areas.

The company has concluded partnership agreements with 11 cases and 12 municipalities so far, and this time Teshikaga Town is the 13th municipality with 12 cases. Also, it is the sixth municipality to conclude a partnership agreement within Hokkaido.
