Cr Holdings (01911.HK) announced today the appointment of Ms. Xu Yanqing as the chairwoman of the board of directors. Ms. Xu has also been transferred from a non-executive director to an executive director, effective from October 9, 2024. After becoming an executive director, Ms. Xu will be responsible for the group's global strategy and will focus on wealth management business, developing the emerging markets' business and the group's investor relations.

Ms. Xu personally participated in the establishment of Cr Holdings and consistently promoted and witnessed the entire process of Cr Holdings from its initial founding to continuous growth and achievements. She played an important role in the company's wealth management and other business operations, as well as in core client and resource maintenance, and successfully introduced key investors. With her past management experience and abundant resources, Ms. Xu has introduced many family offices to the Cr Holdings wealth management department. In addition, Ms. Xu actively promoted Cr Holdings' business operations, supported the establishment and expansion of Cr Holdings' international business platform, and vigorously developed the emerging markets' business.
