The announcement shows that based on preliminary accounting by the business and finance departments, Jinghe Integrated expects to achieve revenue of 6.7 billion yuan to 6.8 billion yuan in the first three quarters of this year, an increase of 1.683 billion yuan to 1.783 billion yuan compared to the same period last year, with a year-on-year growth of 33.55% to 35.54%.

Regarding the net income attributable to shareholders, it is expected to be between 0.27 billion yuan and 0.3 billion yuan in the first three quarters of this year, an increase of 0.238 billion yuan to 0.268 billion yuan compared to the same period last year, with a year-on-year growth of 744.01% to 837.79%.

Regarding the reasons for the performance growth, Jinghe Integrated indicates that with the gradual recovery of industry prosperity, the company's production capacity has been at full capacity since March this year, and starting from June this year, prices for some product foundry services have been adjusted, hence revenue and product gross profit levels have steadily increased.

CIS products have become an important driving factor for Jinghe Integrated's performance growth this year. Jinghe Integrated states that the localization of CIS products has accelerated this year, with continuous adjustments and optimizations to the product structure. The CIS production capacity is at full capacity this year and will be further expanded based on customer demand.

Jinghe Integrated states that it will strengthen cooperation with strategic customers in the future, accelerate the mass production of OLED products, and develop high-end products such as CIS.

In terms of research and development progress at various process nodes, Jinghe Integrated has already mass-produced the 55nm high-end single-chip and stacked CIS chip process platforms, and achieved small-scale production of the 40nm high-voltage OLED chip process platform.

At the 28nm node, Chrion Integrated announced that its 28nm logic chip has passed functional verification, successfully lighting up TVs recently, and is expected to be mass-produced in the first half of 2025 for 28nm oled driver chips.

It is reported that the 28nm logic platform has broad applicability, supporting the development and design of multiple application chips including TCON, ISP, SoC, WIFI, Codec, etc. Chrion Integrated stated that the company plans to further enhance the performance and power consumption of the 28-nanometer logic chip to meet the market's demand for high-performance, high-stability chip design solutions.

From the perspective of the wafer foundry industry's prices, the overall situation is currently experiencing a phase of stabilizing and seeking price increases. According to data from TopInsights Consulting, in 2024 Q3, the average capacity utilization rate of major wafer factories is approximately 80%, an increase of about 5 percentage points year-on-year and about 1 percentage point quarter-on-quarter; in 2024 Q4, it is expected that the average capacity utilization rate of major wafer foundries will return to around 81%-82%, with foundry prices also stabilizing and possibly seeking price increases.

At the earnings conference in the third quarter of this year, Chrion Integrated stated that it expects the fourth-quarter capacity utilization rate to remain at a high level. In terms of capacity expansion, this year's expansion process nodes mainly cover 55nm and 40nm, while focusing on advanced CIS as the main expansion direction for this year, gradually expanding the capacity of oled display driver chips based on market demand.

In September this year, Chrion Integrated announced the introduction of external investors such as Agricultural Bank of China and Guorongjin Investment for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wannanxin Integrated, injecting 9.55 billion yuan for the third-phase expansion project.

Chrion Integrated's Phase III project has a total investment of 21 billion yuan, planning to build a 12-inch wafer manufacturing production line with a capacity of approximately 0.05 million pieces per month, focusing on the layout of 55nm-28nm display driver chips, 55nm CMOS image sensor chips, 90nm power management chips, 110nm microcontroller chips, and 28nm logic chips. The project's product applications cover consumer electronics, automotive electronics, and industrial control markets.
