Orient Group Limited has not yet repaid the above loans. The company has provided joint and several liability guarantee for the above loans. As of the date of this announcement, the company has provided a guarantee principal balance of 2.439 billion yuan for Orient Group Limited, with a cumulative overdue amount of 1.164 billion yuan.
