The Company aims to realize a society where everyone can enjoy the benefits of financial services through Financial Inclusion. To achieve this, we believe it is important to "deliver the charm of investment to every corner", and our group company, Leos Capital Works Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President: Hidehito Fujino), has been disseminating information in a fun and easy-to-understand manner about money and investments through YouTube channel "Okane no Manabi Ba!" and others.
The number of subscribers to the YouTube channel "Okane no Manabi Ba!" has grown to over 0.5 million people. To further accelerate the "delivery of the charm of investment to every corner", we believe that innovative communication methods are necessary. Therefore, we have invested in the company to explore a new way of finance, and as a first step, we will collaborate with CROSS FM, an FM radio business based on the Broadcast Act, to go beyond the existing radio business framework.
CROSS FM is a specific terrestrial broadcasting operator that conducts ultra-shortwave broadcasting business targeting Fukuoka Prefecture, focusing on Kitakyushu and Hakata. Since Mr. Horie and Mr. Oide, current representatives, joined the management in 2023, CROSS FM has been working on challenges beyond the existing radio business framework with the catchphrase "Let's try a big experiment using radio waves." Through the investment in CROSS FM, we will further deepen the delivery of the charm of investment alongside the company.
We have determined that the impact on the Company's performance for the current fiscal period is minor. If any significant impact on performance is recognized in the future, we will promptly inform you.
