1. Company Overview

Nisso <1444> was established in 1988 under the management policy of aiming to be the number one reform company in Japan, considering all employees, understanding customers, reliable suppliers, reliable subcontractors, and others related to the business as business partners with a strong relationship of mutual trust, both in name and reality.

2. Business content

The company reports two segments, renovation business and a-reit etf business.

(1) Renovation Business

a) Restoration Work

Restoration work involves returning aged buildings or rooms to a condition close to new. For example, renovation work is carried out to revert the interior and water facilities to their original state before a new tenant moves in long term rentals. Restoration work mainly focuses on the interior of residential and office rental properties. In addition, interior renovation work and facility improvement work associated with the resale of real estate properties are also conducted.

b) Renovation Work

We handle real estate properties such as detached houses and condominiums with features such as facing the sea or walking distance to the beach as villas or second homes.

3. The company's strengths

We believe the strengths of our company are as follows:

(1) Relatively gentle competitive environment

By specializing in small to medium-sized renovation projects that large companies cannot make profitable, we operate in a market environment with few competitors. (2) Direct request and order from the real estate company which is the center of customers.
